Offsite v Onsite

Offsite support is delivered remotely by one of our technical engineers from our Support Centre. 80% of issues can be solved remotely, meaning a faster, more efficient resolution with less disruption to you. The resolution will be reached by discussing the issue with you over the phone, by using remote management tools to take control of your equipment, or by using managed services software to install required updates and patches. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, an engineer will be dispatched to your site, and this is what we refer to as Onsite support.
